1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing Mosswater Reel, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or game. The current package is supplied for a test domain and may be incomplete for a public commercial launch.
2. The game service
Mosswater Reel is a free browser game based on a timing loop: cast, wait for a bite, and set the hook during the marked window. It is provided for entertainment. No purchase, subscription, cash prize, physical prize, competition entry, gambling mechanic or guaranteed reward is offered by this package.
3. Local scores and demo ranking
The game may save a score and a small local Dock Board on your own browser/device. These values are not a public or global leaderboard. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, and may disappear when browser storage is cleared. Do not interpret sample rankings shown on the website as live players, endorsements or contest results.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the game for personal, lawful entertainment. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, introduce malware, falsely represent an affiliation with Mosswater Reel, scrape or reuse content in a way that violates applicable law, or use the test contact channel for spam, harassment or unlawful material.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the game code, written copy, layout and Mosswater Reel branding in this package are provided for the website deliverable. Third-party software and font licenses remain subject to their own notices. Do not remove licence notices or claim third-party materials as your exclusive property.
6. Availability and changes
The operator may modify, pause or discontinue a test deployment. Browser compatibility, local score persistence and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. A production operator should document support commitments separately if it offers them.
7. Links and external services
The current package links only to its own pages and does not require an account. If external services, advertising, embedded media or payment services are later added, their terms and privacy notices may apply. The operator must disclose those additions before they run.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent allowed by law, the test package is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free behaviour. Nothing in these terms limits liability where a limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing terms and contact
The current test package does not identify a live legal operator or governing-law venue. A production owner must add that information before launch. For now, the only published route is the placeholder Contact page.
10. Changes to these terms
Future material changes should carry a new effective date and be posted on this page. Continued use after a validly posted change may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
